Refund policy
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. There must be no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
All original tags and labels must still be attached.
How to Start a Return
To start the return process, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you further instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Final Sale
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
