Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship the same day or the next business day after payment is received.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

USPS Ground Advantage: 3-4 business days  
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.

Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to your email and will also be available in your account.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Lunatic Birds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
